We are now looking for a

motivated and hands-on CNC Team Leader

to join our production team in Aldridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CNC skills and leadership experience to make an impact in a dynamic, growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 5 CNC operators on the day shift. Oversee and support operations on

Amada press brakes

,

Amada punch press

, and

Amada laser machines with automation

.

Provide cover across all machines

as required to maintain productivity and meet deadlines. Plan workloads and manage daily output to ensure targets are consistently achieved. Maintain high standards of quality and safety across the team. Train, guide, and support team members in their development. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with

Amada CNC machinery

, including

press brakes

,

punch press

, and

laser systems

. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to step in and operate any machine when needed. Good understanding of health and safety practices.
