Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Coffee Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team at Funtastic software play centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role also includes working within the play centre controlling admissions and cleaning during sessions and after closing.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are presented attractively Maintain cleanliness and organisation ,including dining areas and food preparation stations Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene Birthday party hosting, children entertainment along with character masco dress up for party visits

Skills

Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is highly desirable Strong catering skills to assist with events or special orders Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
