Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40-50 per week

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Handle cash transactions and use a cash register
- Ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
