Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will lead the team, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

We are a family run business in Bourton on the water opening times 9:30-5:30.

we are a busy fast past environment, a suitable candidate would have previous supervisor experience.

Duties

Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies. Ensure displays are full and replenished through out the day. Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. prepare daily bakes and products to be sold. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the coffee shop environment. cash handling and opening closing of the business.

Skills

Proven experience in coffee shops, restaurant, settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in supervising or managing staff is an advantage. Light baking skills required
