We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our commercial processes. What you'll be doing


Key Responsibilities

Financial & Commercial Support

Run contract cost reports from accounting software.
Assist Commercial Leads during month-end to ensure accurate accruals and timely job billing.
Collate and prepare customer invoices.


Data Collection & Reporting

Gather and input data for contract performance and waste management tools.
Chase subcontractor applications and support general commercial administration.


Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

Ensure compliance with all BB and client HSEA policies.
Support the contract team with HSEQ reporting requirements.


Who we're looking for


What We're Looking For

Essential:

Confident user of IT systems including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
Good business acumen and ability to manage software tools effectively.
Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.


Desirable:

Experience with Oracle R12, COINS, or SAP.
Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint.
Previous experience in the construction industry.
