About the role
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting commercial operations? We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our commercial processes. What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Commercial Support

• Run contract cost reports from accounting software.

• Assist Commercial Leads during month-end to ensure accurate accruals and timely job billing.

• Collate and prepare customer invoices.

Data Collection & Reporting

• Gather and input data for contract performance and waste management tools.

• Chase subcontractor applications and support general commercial administration.

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

• Ensure compliance with all BB and client HSEA policies.

• Support the contract team with HSEQ reporting requirements.

Who we're looking for
What We're Looking For
Essential:

• Confident user of IT systems including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

• Good business acumen and ability to manage software tools effectively.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.

Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle R12, COINS, or SAP.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint.

• Previous experience in the construction industry.
