DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Commercial Department is responsible for driving the revenue and business growth of MJ Quinn. It typically includes roles that focus on billing, cost control, contract management and negotiation, partnerships, and pricing strategies whilst maintaining a strong relationship with our current sub-contractor and client base.
JOB OBJECTIVE
As a Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring of both the financial and commercial aspects of works undertaken by MJ Quinn. You will also be responsible for day-to-day admin tasks and providing feedback to the senior team on financial information.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing and inputting records using various IT systems.
Supporting the senior team in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
Creating reports and analysing financial information to monitor performance.
Ensuring targets and objectives are monitored and maintained.
Assisting with processing customer invoices and payments.

Hours of Work - 08:30am - 17:00pm - Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay - 24,000 - 26,000
Work Location - Liverpool
Travel Requirements - No
Holiday Entitlements - 6.6 week per annum, inclusive of bank holidays and company shutdowns.
