Your role



You'll oversee revenue performance, lead inspiring product launches, and elevate every customer touchpoints -- while managing and developing a very small but hard working team. A unique opportunity to work at the heart of a luxury brand.

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous revenue generation and marketing experience in a small product based company.

4 day week encouraged but not essential.

Commercial



Monitor weekly revenue and respond where necessary. You will have an instinct for commerciality and selecting the right response to fluctuations. Oversee and coordinate sales levers and events (e.g. new collections, rare stone drops, offers). Implement quarterly sales plans -- and adjust them when needed. Maintain exceptional aesthetic and experiential standards for all sales levers. Ensure the team achieves the fulfilment operations of the business.

Marketing



Manage the newsletter schedule and create newsletters via Mailchimp to support sales levers and the wider marketing plan. Manage the website for sales levers, overseeing and updating our Shopify site in line with marketing activity -- for example, showcasing rare stones when they drop. Oversee audience growth strategy, including Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and PR.

Management



Coordinate with our Operations and Production Assistant, Social Media Manager, and other team members to execute commercial tasks. Lead the sales levers and marketing efforts, supporting the wider team in achieving business objectives. Build a strong environment of collaboration and accountability, and ensure continuous improvement. Manage 1-2 direct reports with weekly check-ins, ensuring each team member meets their objectives.

About You



3+ years of experience leading the commercial aspects of a business. Proven ability to proactively respond to revenue trends and opportunities. Natural affinity for revenue generation and a track record of doing so. High aesthetic standards and the ability to replicate the brand's style. Experience using Mailchimp for newsletter creation and Shopify for website management. 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, with a natural ability to lead others. Enjoy working with and leading a team. Experience implementing complex timelines for product launches. A proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently. Experience working in a small business environment.
