Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The Commercial Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple commercial solar projects from initiation through to completion. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project to track progress and report on project status. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in project execution. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback. Implement root cause analysis techniques to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive documentation using content management systems like Confluence for easy access by team members. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout the project management process.

Skills

Proficient in using project management software tools. Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
