Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the European Online Retail 'Commercial Training Academy', aligned with JD Worldwide business objectives
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that cover 1P business, supply chain, merchandising, and retail strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
Guide and develop a European team of category leads (Category Captains) to support the roll out and delivery of training programs under the Academy portfolio or development products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve the academy's impact
