Commis Chef (full Time)
Job Description
We are a very busy country inn proud of our reputation for serving high quality traditional dishes as well as being recognised as a popular wedding venue. We are currently looking to employ a chef to join our team in this fast paced, fresh food kitchen. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar position working in a busy kitchen, a drive and passion for food. The main roles of the positions are:
Working with the kitchen team to help maintain a well run and happy working environment
Ensure all food safety standards are maintained at all times
Ensure excellent food hygiene is observed from storage through to preparation and service
Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen
