Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Pasta knowledge
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within the culinary industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
