What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting senior chefs with food preparation and service Learning and working across all sections of the kitchen Maintaining high standards of hygiene, stock rotation, and mise en place Taking direction and constructive feedback to continually grow your skill set Embracing the fast-paced, professional environment of a 2 Rosette kitchen

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for great food Previous experience in a professional kitchen (ideal but not essential) A basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety Team spirit, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A love for the countryside and interest in working with the best local produce
