We're seeking a Compliance Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Maintain accurate compliance records, files and documentations Support audits and inspections across Heathrow campus Liaise with departments to monitor compliance metrics Ability to process all types of ID Passes, Vehicle Passes on time across Heathrow campus. Accountability for all compliance regarding Civil Aviation Authority and DfT Conducting enhanced background checks for new employees (criminal record checks) Responsible for ensuring the security pass process is completed

Excellent communication skills at all levels Previous experience within an admin role Good IT skills and familiarity with Excel Experience / knowledge regarding Civil Aviation Authority regulations - Desirable Authorised signatory experience - Desirable

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:


Be able to provide five years' UK address history Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
