We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in food production, team management, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferable.
