Job Description
We at Optimum Contractors are growing and are seeking a coordinator that manages bookings from point of enquiry through to completion of booking. This role will manage bookings across our three departments - fire protection, sealant application and fire remedials.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Act as the first point of contact, answering calls/emails, addressing queries, and providing information.Bookings:
Manage bookings to ensure work is booked in, in line with company expectations.Logistics:
Work with internal parties to overcome logistical issues around bookings.Admin:
Alongside the main duty of bookings will be various administrative tasks to support the business.Problem Solving:
Resolve booking conflicts, operational issues, and handle complaints efficiently.Essential Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Understanding or preferably experience of working in the Construction Industry.
Preferred Skills:
Experience within the Construction Industry. Experience with One Trace or a similar application.
Salary Range: 26,000 - 32,000, dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (we welcome part-time applicants if available to work every-day Monday to Friday but need flexibility on times.
Work Location: In Office (Stansted) with possibility to work from home (hybrid-split) after initial training.
