We want to talk to you!Join our community.This is a key role in managing the portfolio of projects that are owned by the Risk function. Responsibilities will depend on the role within a particular project, but cover business analysis, PMO and project management activities.The individual will work on change initiatives and drive the delivery of each assigned projects within the Risk Change portfolio, as well as engagement with other teams across the bank to support delivery, like IT, CDO, procurement and others.The difference you\xe2\x80\x99ll make:Supporting the PMO activities of a project including managing project governance, status reporting, business cases, budget managementActing as a business analyst to work with key stakeholders to help define/document requirements to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.Taking part in team activities to understand colleagues and to help build a more effective teamSupporting overall business strategy, using risk experience, knowledge, and data to help influence key senior stakeholdersWorking with the Risk Change team to help challenge and develop overall strategy and operating modelWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:Educated to Degree level and has relevant project work experienceExcellent communication skills to clearly articulate proposed changes, risk and issues, with an ability to justify such if challengedIt would also be nice for you to have:Working knowledge of Risk, including Credit RiskCapability to manage tasks efficientlyExperience working in the UK banking sectorWhat else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
