Cross-Team Support Assistant
, where your administrative skills will make a real impact across safeguarding, governance, people and culture, and office experience.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll provide essential support across multiple teams, triaging safeguarding cases, preparing governance documents, assisting with HR processes, and even welcoming guests at reception. Your work will help ensure smooth operations and enable our teams to focus on releasing children from poverty in Jesus' name
Key Responsibilities
Actively upholding and reflecting our Christian ethos and values in all that you do.
Providing thoughtful and efficient administrative support across Safeguarding, Governance & Compliance, and People & Culture.
Helping ensure our systems and documentation are well-managed and aligned with best practices.
Offering general support to the wider directorate, contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Location, hours and benefits
Fully office-based at Compassion House,
Fleet, Hampshire, Monday to Thursday, and home-based on Fridays as the office is closed on Fridays; however, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.
Hours:
Full-time | 35 hours per week You will be contracted to work between Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.*
