Customer Care Assistant - Reception




Join our Customer Experience Team and be the friendly face that connects our residents to great service.


We're looking for someone who's confident, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer care. In this key role, you'll help ensure every resident has a smooth and positive experience when they contact us.

What you'll be doing:



Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression Issue and manage visitor passes to maintain site safety and compliance Logging and tracking complaints and customer contacts Guiding residents to the right services and support Supporting service improvements across the organisation Providing essential admin support to the Customer Experience Team Maintaining accurate and secure records Producing reports for managers and committees Helping the department run efficiently day-to-day

What we're looking for:



Experience in an office environment with strong IT skills (especially spreadsheets and databases) Confidence using various systems to manage information A professional, welcoming approach as the first point of contact Strong communicator with confident, professional speech and active listening skills to understand the needs of residents, visitors, and staff. Skilled in calmly and constructively resolving conflicts and difficult situations Excellent organisation and attention to detail A clear understanding of data security and confidentiality (GDPR) A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

Working hours:



Monday to Thursday: 09:0017:00 Friday: 09:0016:30
