Salary:

25,000 - 35,000, dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Projects Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery team and help drive project success across world-class engineering programmes.

About the role



As a Customer Projects Coordinator, you will support the smooth delivery of repeat and re-order business within ongoing customer projects. Reporting to the Head of Customer Delivery, you'll act as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring project continuity, data accuracy, and timely execution.

What you'll be doing:

Managing customer communications for repeat orders and project updates Coordinating with Planning and Production to confirm capacity and delivery timelines Maintaining accurate project documentation and ERP records Supporting despatch, shipment, and invoicing processes Preparing data for internal reviews and customer KPIs Monitoring project changes and communicating updates Contributing to process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Who we're looking for



You'll be organised, collaborative, and self-assured working across teams to keep projects moving.

A-level or equivalent education; further study in Business, Engineering Administration, or Supply Chain preferred Experience in customer service, order management, or project coordination within manufacturing or engineering Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central, SAP) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Resourceful and keen to develop into Planning, Project Management, or Operations Ability to travel to site
