Grade 2 - 24,784 - 28,625 (pro rata to 11,313 - 13,085)

The purpose of this role is to provide full administration support service to Customer Services Directorate for Aids and Adaptations, manage the incoming and outgoing emails from the team mailbox and process referrals and escalate when required.

Key objectives include:


- Manage incoming and outgoing email from team mail boxes
- Process referrals/escalate as required
- Process response letters inline with policy
- Liaise with internal departments regarding adaptation installs and rehousing
- Organise and attend meetings for the relevant directorate team(s) as required
- Competently take and distribute minutes including minutes of a confidential nature
- Communicate with customers, internal and external, in a courteous and supportive manner and deal with vulnerable customers in a sensitive manner
- Liaise with external agencies as required to fulfil the needs of the business, e.g. Suppliers and Agencies.
- Any other tasks as required to provide full administration support services to Customer Services Directive

To be successful in this role you should have demonstrable experience of being able to work proactively, with the minimum of supervision and a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to a high standard. You should also have knowledge of Housing Management system and knowledge and good practice of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel.
