About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Administrator
to join our Internal Delivery Team in Cardiff.
You'll play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their energy efficiency journey--from first contact to aftercare. You'll also help ensure smooth coordination between departments like finance, compliance, and installations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist with scheme info, bookings & queries
Complete eligibility assessments and gather supporting documentation
Manage diaries and schedule appointments for surveyors and installers
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide aftercare and follow-up support
Prepare customer communications (emails, letters, SMS)
Highlight opportunities for additional energy-saving upgrades
General admin tasks including reporting and data entry
What We're Looking For
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Positive, proactive, and accountable attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in energy, housing, or utilities (a bonus, not essential)
