Job Description

Location: Based at our main offices at Spey Bay, Fochabers

Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Mon- Fri 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Duration: Permanent

Holidays: 29 days

Remuneration: Competitve salary relevant to experience

Probationary Period: 3 months from commencement

Core Functions of Role

Providing a wide range of administrative support to the Quarry department Organise and plan the movement of vehicles and delivery of materials/concrete with awareness of the local area
Reporting to the Commercial Supervisor, and as part of the Support Services Team, as the Customer Services Coordinator your duties will include:

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers Raising quotations and accepting orders Covering weighbridge Receiving payments Communicating with drivers, clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations Complete other reasonable tasks, activities and projects as required

Personal Attributes

Very structured and diligent approach to task management and record keeping. Excellent communication skills, with both company clients and other company personnel. The ability to assist and co-operate with other personnel. Flexibility and willingness to undertake tasks out with the key job responsibilities. Commitment to working as part of a team. Be trustworthy, friendly, timeous and reliable.

Certification

Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy with experience in word, excel, etc. Desirable - Familiarity in the construction and/or quarry industries.
