Job purpose
In this role you will support the Internal Customer Service Team with a high standard of administration support and assist with preparation relevant documents.
Being a natural team player you will strive to build strong working relationships with the Customer Service Team and our customers alike.
Position Details
37.5 hours a week
Monday to Friday
Hybrid working available (once fully trained)
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
To support the customer service team in the day to day running of the accounts.
Produce daily stock sheets and call off reports for customers.
Support Customer Service Executives with customer forecasts via excel spreadsheets.
Keep on top of retail management and customer samples to make sure they get sent out when required.
To regularly liaise with the Customer Service Executives and the Team Leader to ensure customer requirements are consistently satisfied.
Utilise both verbal and written communication in order to communicate and liaise effectively with the customer and internal departments
Represent the department in a professional and friendly manner
Develop an effective working relationship with all of our relevant customer contacts.
To provide sickness and holiday cover where required for other members of the team.
Adhere to all health and safety absolutes on site.
Performance Indicators
Maintain a high standard of account administration following the Company's ISO90000/90001 procedures
Ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided to external and internal customers
Skills / Qualifications
Previous experience working within a Customer Services environment
Excellent IT skills (inc Excel)
Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy
Ability to work under strict deadlines and targets, preferably in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills essential, ability to understand clear written and verbal instructions.
Good understanding of procedures and processes.
Highly responsible, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
Quality and safety conscious
Punctual, presentable and with good attendance
