The Able Group is an established nationwide company providing both planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple trades, including Glazing, Locks, Plumbing, Gas & Heating, Drainage, Electrics, and Pest Control.

The Role


We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service Team based in our Leigh-on-Sea contact centre. As a

Customer Service Co-ordinator

, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services between our customers, engineers, and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the full customer journey--from the initial enquiry to job completion--ensuring every customer receives a prompt, professional, and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Allocating jobs to the appropriate engineer in a timely and efficient manner Liaising with engineers to monitor job progress and resolve any issues that arise Taking accurate details of work requirements and pricing jobs accordingly Keeping customers informed and updated throughout the process Identifying and escalating issues where necessary to maintain service quality

About You


You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics is desirable, but full training will be provided. Most importantly, you will have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every interaction reflects our company values.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday - 08:30 to 17:30
