Monday to Friday, no weekends

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Coordinators to ensure seamless customer support. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Take full responsibility for handling customer returns and keeping the returns database current. Provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. Utilise our online CRM system to generate quotations and sales orders. Handle order processing using our SAGE business system as well as creating purchase orders ready to send to our suppliers. Arrange export shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation. Effectively communicate and coordinate with our suppliers. Maintain and update customer and supplier information in both our CRM and SAGE systems. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or Managing Director.

About You:



Ability to use a variety of IT systems (training will be provided). Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Superb customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset. Eagerness to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Salary:

Up to 25,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)
