About the Role

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every enquiry and order is managed efficiently and accurately. You will liaise with internal departments to deliver a seamless service experience from order placement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and emails from customers and trade partners. Process orders accurately and within set timeframes. Provide updates and resolve any delivery or order-related queries. Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Support the wider customer service team with administrative duties as required.

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using business systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in a manufacturing or trade environment).

Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30-4.30pm, Friday 8.00-4.00 pm
