We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team
in Newtownabbey!
This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You will also:
Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
Act as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customers
Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that applicants have the following:
Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
Strong numerical and problem solving skills
A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
The ability to think on your feet
