This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing company, focused on improving the recruitment experience for our clients. We develop an exciting range of recruitment software primarily for the Hospitality Industry, including bespoke client career sites and candidate processing via our Applicant Tracking System. We're bringing more and more businesses onboard and scaling up our customer service / onboarding / training team to ensure we keep providing awesome levels of service.

We're incredibly passionate about the relationships we build and nurture with our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares in the enthusiasm to learn, and help our clients reach their goals, working on onboarding and training, right through to providing ongoing support.

Who We're Ideally Looking For



Someone who has an awesome understanding of recruitment, ideally hospitality, and has worked in customer success / support. Experience of onboarding and training new clients on an ATS or similar. You'll be working with clients right from the start, from onboarding, to training users and providing ongoing support. This is not essential as we can train you up. A proactive personality - who can understand what our clients are trying to achieve and come up with solutions. Someone who always strives for better - that's part of our ethos..

Pay: 33,000.00-38,000.00 per year
