We now have an opportunity to join as

Customer Service - Maternity Cover

in an established Customer Service team.

What are we looking for?

Be the first point of contact to support customer account management Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes and SLA's Handle customer queries by phone and email in a professional manner, occasionally this could be in-person for a customer visit Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure customer deliveries are on-time-in-full Investigate and resolve customer complaints, returns and credit requests in a timely manner Check stock availability and communicate lead times or potential delays to customers Produce reports for customers using SAP and Excel (i.e. orderbooks, backorder updates etc.

Who are we looking for?

Demonstrable experience in a customer service / account executive / account management role previously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great interpersonal skills Able to prioritise workload Excellent IT skills - ideally experience in using a CRM or SAP Excellent attention to detail

Interview Process

A competency based interview that can either be remote or onsite.
