Launchpad Publishing Ltd is home to three exciting brands - Whizz Pop Bang (a fun and educational science magazine for children), Hoopla (the happy magazine for kids), and Letterbox Lab (a science kit subscription for curious young minds). We're looking for a confident, proactive and organised person to join our Cirencester-based team. You'll work closely with our Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly - providing brilliant customer service, packing and sending orders, and helping with day-to-day admin. It's a varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives on being helpful and taking initiative.

Essential Skills/Experience
At least 2 years' experience in an office-based customer service role
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel; confident picking up new systems. Experience with WooCommerce is a bonus
Person specification
You enjoy dealing with customers and can delight and impress them with your super-friendly and efficient customer service
You have an excellent level of written and spoken English - as an educational magazine publisher, it is vital that all of our interactions with customers include a high standard of spelling and grammar
You have previous experience of office administration and customer service
You're a natural problem-solver, organised, excellent at using your own initiative and you can manage your time well
Role responsibilities
Provision of exceptional customer service via our email support system, telephones, and across our social media accounts - keeping our customers happy is one of our core principles; we aim to go the extra mile wherever possible to help create a positive vibe about our company and our products
Timely packing and mailing out of orders to ensure that customers are happy and that the company is run efficiently
Warehouse management - conducting regular stock takes, keeping the warehouse neat and tidy and ordering supplies when needed
Support for other team members when needed - for example, sourcing competition prizes and helping to find images
Working with management to help drive the company forwards and maintain and further develop our excellent customer service record
Remuneration
The salary will be 24-26,000 per annum, depending on experience. There is also the potential for this role to expand and evolve to include more responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

The job will be based at our Cirencester office.
