What the role looks like....

This is a full time Sales Administrator role based within our busy Customer Service team at our Head office in Macclesfield Working Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm / Friday 8.30 - 4.45pm

A typical day in the job...

As an integral part of the sales order processing team, typical daily duties will involve data inputting and processing orders Liaising with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and deliveries Checking stock availability Performing general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role A confident telephone manner and able to manage a high volume of calls Ability to manage a pressured and sometimes challenging environment Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Well organised and able to handle multiple tasks Excellent eye for detail A solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tools
