Deputy Manager

to help lead one of our homes in

Weymouth

, working alongside an experienced Registered Manager and a passionate care team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in residential childcare who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations within the home. Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to a team of Children's Support Workers. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, child-focused care that meets regulatory standards. Help manage staffing, rotas, development plans, and safeguarding practices. Be a positive role model for staff and young people alike, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in a residential childcare setting, ideally at a senior or team leader level. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a team-focused approach. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) required. Solid understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and therapeutic approaches to care. A proactive, compassionate professional committed to making a difference.
