As a Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children.
Take responsibility for care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Provide emotional and practical support to children, establishing routines and engaging in activities such as cooking, sports, music, or relaxing at home.
Play a key role in maintaining a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring staff are motivated and well-equipped to provide exceptional care.
Shift Pattern
Two days on, four days off, including sleep-ins, on a set rolling rota.
Work just 10-11 days a month, offering a healthy work-life balance.

Experience:
Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment is desirable.
Qualifications:
