We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a 3-bed children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a supportive and child-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and team leadership. Mentor and guide staff to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation and Ofsted standards. Assist in care planning, risk management, and quality assurance. Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Candidate Requirements

Must currently hold, or have previously held, a Deputy Manager role. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management, or willing to start upon joining. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
