Deputy Residential Manager
Assure Care Homes Ltd are searching for a new deputy manager for our children's home in Hedge End, Hampshire. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for delegated areas of management tasks supporting the Registered Manager.
The role:
You will be responsible for operational day to day management of the home ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Carrying out the relevant administrative work, reporting and scheduling. You will be supporting the children in their everyday activities within the Assure Care Group.
Requirements:
You will have to have experience of working with children/young people. Passionate, confident and good relationship management. Applicants must have NVQ 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or above as well as a valid driving licence.
