Registered Manager

Your Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital leadership role, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This role is a stepping stone to becoming the
Registered Manager
of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, effective day-to-day leadership to the care team
Ensure compliance with
CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
Oversee the
quality of care
, ensuring it is person-centred and outcomes-focused
Supervise and support staff development and training
Manage and monitor service delivery, ensuring high standards are consistently met
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For
Level 5 Diploma
in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
Proven experience in a
leadership role
within the Health & Social Care sector
Strong understanding of
CQC standards
, legislation, and safeguarding practices
Excellent
organisational, communication, and interpersonal
skills
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and enhancing their quality of life
