We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Non Nurse Deputy Manager
to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You will play a key leadership role within the home -- ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, safety, and compliance are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies. Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring excellent care delivery. Conduct assessments, care planning, and risk management. Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff. Lead by example, maintaining a professional and compassionate approach at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of
4 years' experience
within a care home environment.NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care
(or working towards it). Alternatively,NVQ Level 3
with at least 2-3 years' experience as a Team Leader or Senior Carer. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Sound understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance processes.Benefits:
