Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the daily running and overall management of the service.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the nursing and care teams to provide excellent care.
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
Oversee care plans, medication administration, and clinical governance processes.
Build and nurture positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
Minimum 4 years' nursing experience within a care or nursing home setting.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
