The Role - Deputy Manager
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager to lead the setting and ensure the highest standards of childcare are delivered every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the overall
management of the nursery
Leading, mentoring, and developing the staff team
Ensuring the nursery meets the highest standards of
safeguarding and early years practice
Building strong partnerships with families and providing outstanding customer care
Leading by example and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children
Requirements
Minimum
Level 3 in Early Years and Education
(full and relevant)
Proven
nursery management or childcare leadership experience
Paediatric First Aid
(preferred, training can be provided)
DSL qualification
(preferred)
A strong record of ongoing training and professional development
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A genuine passion for early years care and education
