Hybrid (The successful candidate must be within a commutable distance of the Heathrow Depot)



Hours: 37.5 hours per week


Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum plus bonus

About the role



As the Digital Catalogue Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Digital Catalogue Manager to oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of our online product catalogues. This role ensures our medical equipment portfolio is accurately and effectively represented across all digital platforms

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Manage and maintain digital product catalogues across all platforms Ensure accurate, up-to-date product information: SKUs, images, pricing, specifications, regulatory data (e.g. UDI, GTIN, MDR compliance) Ensure product information meets the clinical needs of prescribers Collaborate with product managers, clinical teams, and suppliers to gather and validate product data Upload and manage data using PIM (Product Information Management) systems or spreadsheets, depending on platform Monitor catalogue performance and data quality; report issues and implement fixes Stay updated on procurement framework requirements (e.g. NHS Supply Chain catalogue rules)

Qualifications and experience required.



Proven experience managing digital catalogues or product data (medical device/healthcare sector preferred Familiarity with PIM systems, eCommerce platforms, and B2B portals is desirable Strong Excel/data handling skills Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. UDI, GMDN, MDR) is desirable Experience with NHS Supply Chain, GHX, or similar platforms is desirable Clinical background Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc.) Basic understanding of HTML or digital asset management tools
