Within the HR Division, Organisational Capability seeks to enable organisational performance through developing the capabilities our colleagues need today and for the future. Our work is based in effective diagnosis and delivery of people solutions that drive the organisation forward.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and keen to deepen their experience in the areas of capability development and employee experience.
What will you be doing?Deliver impactful learning experiences by supporting the rollout of programmes that enhance colleague capabilities across the organisation
Create high-quality digital content, including eLearning, videos and infographics, using modern design tools and authoring platforms
Transform complex ideas into accessible content through strong visual storytelling, instructional design, and multimedia production
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, relevant and engaging learning materials tailored to diverse audiences
Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards
Continuously improve learning solutions

MinimumExperience in designing and developing engaging digital learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, infographics and interactive media tailored to diverse audiences
Experience in creating multimedia assets and visuals, with proven ability to write compelling scripts and edit high-quality videos and graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in applying instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise or Adobe Captivate to deliver impactful, learner-focused solutions
EssentialStrong ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging and visually impactful content
Skilled in producing inclusive learning materials aligned with WGA accessibility standards
Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with confidence managing priorities and delivering results
Effective collaborator with experience co-creating relevant, accurate content alongside SMEs and key stakeholders
Creative and detail-focused approach to multimedia learning design
Learner-centred mindset, ensuring interactive and accessible solutions for diverse audiences
Proactive, self-directed attitude with ownership of end-to-end design projects
Flexible, hands-on contributor who adapts to varied tasks to deliver the most effective learning outcomes
