As a

Digital Communications and Marketing Volunteer

, you will help

tell the story of Compass

in ways that are

engaging, respectful and full of purpose

. You will work alongside

passionate staff

to craft

social media content

, update our website and create

values-led campaigns

that reflect the heart of who we are.



From

capturing the energy of our teams

to

sharing the stories behind our services

, you will help show the real people, values and purpose at the heart of Compass. Your content might highlight a community event, showcase our new opportunities, celebrate a colleague's impact, be a part of our careers portal, or explain our support in a way that feels clear and welcoming.



We are not looking for polished campaigns. We are looking for someone who can help us speak to people with

honesty, warmth and imagination

. Someone who understands that a simple message, told well, can help a child or young person feel seen or take the first step towards support.

Established for over 30 years, Compass is a national charity which works in communities across the UK providing services spanning substance misuse treatment and rehabilitation, early interventions for vulnerable young people, school-aged health programmes and associated prevention as well as treatment and health promotion initiatives.
