Temporary Dispatch Administrator (10 to 12 month contract)
Location:
Greenfield Fertiliser, Glenavy Road, Moira
North Down Grain are currently seeking to employ a dispatch administrator on our Greenfield Fertiliser site at Moira. This is a temporary post for 10months to cover maternity leave. Full time or part time (3 days per week ) hours will be considered
Main Duties:
Taking orders by phone and email
Producing picking lists
Dispatching product
Operation of the weigh bridge
General office duties including, filing, responding to emails and answering phones.
Printing labels
Experience/Skills:
Must be competent in the use of computers.
Experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage
Experience of a busy dispatch office environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be giving.
Agriculture background would be an advantage.
Additional Info:
Three Shift System:
Core Hours 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri
Early 7am to 4pm Mon to Fri. Limited time during peak season
Late 10am to 7pm Mon to Fri. Limited time as required
Additional hours including Saturday maybe required depending on the needs of the business.
Pay rates above minimum wage and overtime rates for hours before 8am and after 5pm
