We are seeking a talented and passionate Dosa chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dosa batter production and dosa preparation, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Dosa making role, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Suitable candidate will be eligible for UK sponsorship.
