We are seeking a skilled and versatile Fixers to join our construction and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of structures and systems across different projects. The Fixer will work on-site, utilising specialised tools and techniques to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks undertaken.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute precise work. Fabricate components as required for specific projects or repairs. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction-related trades Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different tasks quickly. Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
