Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Fast paced fabric, haberdashery and craft company, Oh Sew Crafty Ltd, requires an additional E-Commerce administrator to join our team. This is a part time office based, permanent position with a minimum of 25 hours per week, however flexibility is required for additional hours and Saturday work. You will also learn other areas of the business to create a stronger working team.
Hours are 12pm to 4pm Monday to Friday
Job Purpose:
Customer service for online orders
Duties:
Answer customer queries across all online platforms
Keep customers informed of order status
Answer phone calls, emails and live chat messages to assist customers
Create and update stock listings across online platforms
Maintain a high level of customer service
Skills/Qualifications:
Attention to detail is key
General maths and English skills
High level of verbal communication and people skills
Ability to use computers and software
Job Type: Part-time
