As an E-Commerce Assistant at Tradewinds Oriental Shop you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online retail presence. Located in Scunthorpe, this position focuses on optimizing our e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
Manage product listings and ensure accurate information is presented online.
Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility.
Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies for improvement.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience
Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and conversion optimisation techniques.
Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with coding
Experience with Google Ads and social media marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
Creative mindset with strong content creation abilities.
Familiarity with email marketing strategies is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
