Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

eCommerce Executive

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our online sales platforms, optimising SEO strategies, overseeing operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities



1. eCommerce Platform Management:



Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless functionality and an optimal user experience. Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating details, and maintaining accurate pricing and inventory levels. Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor order processing, fulfilment, and shipping logistics. Maintain and update e-commerce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

2. Search Engine

Optimisation

(SEO):



Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website ranking and increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and optimise product descriptions, titles, meta tags, and content. Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO software. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness.

3. Marketplace Management (e.g., Amazon):



Manage and optimise product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, ensuring visibility and sales growth. Implement promotional strategies and monitor performance metrics to maximise product exposure and profitability.

4. Digital Marketing and Brand Promotion:



Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for the website and social media platforms. Monitor campaign effectiveness, provide insights, and recommend improvements to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility. Cultivate relationships with external partners and affiliates to expand brand reach and achieve marketing objectives.

5. Customer Service:



Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues through email, chat, and phone. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive shopping experience and managing returns/exchanges as per company policies. Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Additional Responsibilities:



Upload, update, and optimise product listings on various platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay. Utilise CMS platforms such as Shopify and WordPress for website content management. Employ analytics tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to track performance. Assist with scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and promoting products. Write compelling product descriptions and promotional content. Understand buyer personas and tailor offers accordingly. Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and refunds.

Qualifications and Experience



Essential:



Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce administration, SEO, and digital marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems. Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Strong organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

Preferred:



Experience in the retail or fashion industry. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development.
