E-Commerce /Sales & Marketing Executive



Salary: From 27,000 per year (with performance-based increments)

Ibco Ltd is a leading distributor of frozen foods and ambient products, supplying wholesale and retail markets across the UK, Europe, and the USA. We are proud of our continued growth and innovation and are now seeking a driven and enthusiastic Social Media / Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, creative mindset, and a passion for marketing and customer engagement, as Ibco Ltd is expanding business through e-commerce with exciting new products and suppliers to the retail market, you will be involved in selling through the e-commerce platform and market products through our social media presence, support the sales and customer service teams, and contribute to product visibility and growth through digital marketing and platform optimisation. Training will be given on existing and all related software.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update online & Telesales sales web app all aspect of it, update and maintain app working order.

Manage new and old stock updates, manage product images stock codes.

Monitor incoming customer orders and potential orders.

Tele sale to customers

If required to visit customer sites

Manage company social media accounts with regular and engaging posts.

Monitor user engagement, generate weekly performance reports, and identify improvement areas.

Optimise active product listings and upload new products to the site.

Build and maintain product categories on the website.

Assist with marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Marketing Director on new initiatives.

Communicate with clients and support customer service via email and phone.

Work closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Reporting to management

Desirable Skills & Experience:



Minimum 2 years' experience in online marketing

Minimum 2 years' experience in sales

Strong IT and digital platform skills

Proficiency in Microso5 Office and familiarity with eCommerce platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Confident problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Additional Advantage:



Experience with programming languages or platforms such as: o MySQL, Python, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
